About last months
Maybe you wonder, what I have been doing these months in which I didn’t write in my website… I will tell you – I have been learning to code. I learned the basics of programming with Java and MySQL.
One of the most interesting things I came across is the so called while loop.
On this link one could read more about it.
While loop could be executed forever, unless the condition is valid.
I was thinking how much this resembles karma. For me it looks like that.
Children in a family are born to share the karma with their parents. In my eyes, this circumstance means that the karma won’t be heaving only on the shoulders of the parents, but also the heaviness could be carried by their children too.
So, for example, if in a family there is an alcoholic male problem, then the man will be an alcoholic, he will have an alcoholic son, and the son – alcoholic grandson – the children would share the burden (karma) of the alcoholic father (loop). All this will happen if the man cannot cope with the problem – then his son will have to cope with it. And if he cannot – his son will have to and so on. It looks like this is the karma of the family, but it is a while loop too. When the son’s turn comes to fight with the problem, the father feels relieved. The father is still having this problem, but now he stays also a little bit aside from the spot light. The burden is carried from his son. The father could be happy for not suffering the great pressure; could celebrate with even more alcohol his ‘freedom’ – with one word, may not behaving like an adult.
Common sense will tell you, that the parents must be mature, to act like adults, to accept the child with his/ her feelings… And you will be right.
But with karma it is not like that. The children, as the newcomers to the problem, have to be more mature than their parents, because they have to heal the wound in the family. They have to experience it and they have to find a way to get out of it. This is not easy. It takes more maturity to get out of a problem, then to get in, isn’t it?
When you look at your child’s beautiful face, know that he/ she is not your property or servant. The child is here to share the heaviness of your destiny, yes, but also to help you see it from another angle, to heal his/her soul and yours too. Let him/ her warm your heart with their small hands.
